Processing of personal data
Vadmr.com (Vadim R.) collects personal data only when necessary to process and fulfil your order.
We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act, Act No. 502 of 23 May 2018.
Vadmr.com retains personal data only for as long as required by law or as necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed.
Personal data collected
To purchase and receive a product from Vadmr.com, certain personal information is required. Vadmr.com generally uses only cookies necessary for your visit to the online store.
We may collect your name, email address, postal address, billing address, delivery address (if different), phone number and payment information.
Vadmr.com collects and processes personal data when you visit the website; purchase a product; submit questions, complaints, cancellation requests or feedback; or enquire about a commissioned artwork.
Data controller
The controller responsible for collecting, processing and using your personal data through www.vadmr.com is Vadim R., Danish company registration number (CVR) 34247927, Søbredden 9, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark.
Legal basis and purposes of processing
We collect ordinary contact details, including your name, address and phone number, in order to deliver the product you purchased. We use your email address to send order confirmations, tracking information and confirmation that your order has been processed.
When you pay, Vadmr.com and its payment processors collect information such as your name, card information and IP address. Information collected in connection with payment is used and retained for payment processing and fulfilment of the purchase agreement. Some necessary transaction information, including the payment amount, card information and billing details, is transferred to Stripe to process or support the payment. Vadmr.com does not have access to your full card details; these are securely processed and stored by the authorised payment service provider Stripe.
If you do not provide the personal information necessary to make a purchase, we cannot fulfil an order through the online store.
According to the current Danish-language privacy policy, customer data is deleted one year after delivery, unless longer retention is required by law, for example under bookkeeping legislation.
Other recipients and data processors
Vadmr.com does not sell your personal data to third parties. The Danish-language policy states that personal data is not transferred to countries outside the EU.
The existing policy identifies Simply.com as hosting provider, Stripe as payment provider and Google as backup provider. It states that backups are made weekly, retained for four weeks and hosted on servers in the EU.
External service providers may process personal information to deliver their services to Vadmr.com and ultimately to you. They act under Vadmr.com's instructions and must comply with applicable data-protection requirements.
Data processors listed in the original policy include Google, Simply.com, GLS, PostNord, Stripe, Shopify and a Danish print supplier (whose identity can be provided in response to a data access request). Vadmr.com states that data-processing agreements have been concluded with its processors.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your data. You may also request that processing be stopped or restricted. Please send requests to info@vadmr.com.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with how your personal data is processed, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet): www.datatilsynet.dk.
